Color Patch Test
For your saftey! We may recommend a color patch test for those Guests who have never had a color service. You may be required to come in 48-24 hours before your scheduled appoinment.
We confirm all of our clients by Text, Email or Voice. In the event that you must cancel an appointment, be kind and call. Someone else would love your appointment time.
To reserve your special day, we require a down payment of 1/2 of all services for that day. It will be credited to your final bill. At no time will our stylists come to your home for makeup or hair. All service will be provide at Glam Hair Studio.
We love children, in fact many of us have our own. Our salon is a small and busy place. Our tools are hot and the chairs are dangerous. We cherish their safety. For the comfort of you and our other guests, children are not permitted on the styling floor unless they are receiving a service. We have a waiting area where they can have a seat.
We understand that there may be traffic or some other event that may cause you to be late. Please call and let us know that you will be late. We will take our next guest and fit you in as soon as possible.
Our lives are complex and busy now and we know that. Please remember that we can hear your conversation. To protect your privacy, please take your call outside. However, if your call disrupts another guest’s scheduled appointment, we will take that guest and fit you in as soon as possible.
Credit Cards & Checks
While we prefer cash. Checks are accepted. However we have a $25 Returned Check Fee. If you choose to tip our stylists for providing excellent service, please be aware that we Do Not Accept tips on Credit card transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards. If you tip one of our amazing service providers, we prefer that you not put it on your credit card. There is an ATM machine outside our door.
