Celebrating 30 years
Once upon a time a long time ago Denni was working in a salon. A client was under the dryer for over an hour. Which was too long to be there. Denni reminded her colleague that the client was still here. The colleague said "you do her, I'm getting my hair done". Denni went to the client and said "I'll be doing your hair". Denni was so angry and disappointed in that salon culture and decided to open her own salon; vowing to treat every guest with respect and kindness.
In 1995 Denni purchased Great Lengths Salon and changed the name to Glam Hair Studio to represent a more ever changing attitude. Her devotion to education and the skill of hair color landed her many awards and news recognition. Denni did that neglected guests hair every Friday at 11am until the woman was 103 years old. That guest said at her 100 birthday speech, "I owe all my beauty secrets to my Denni". Denni learned many things from that woman. The key to a happy life was making memories and creating bonds.
With the help of her husband Jeff, a national educator and business coach, they have transformed their team into a team of leaders. The culture of Glam Hair Studio is based on respect, education and an "At-Home Welcoming" feeling. It is a culture where all clients are treated as guests with a feeling of gratitude.
Now in 2025, Denni and her team of talented stylists provide award winning styles and hair color to clients who love their hair. Our guests love our ever changing salon experience . That's why we say Reinvent Yourself! We train to and use All-Nutrient Organic Color and Hair Care Products, & Davines. "When I became a hair stylist, I wanted to be a stylist that guests could feel as if they were a part of something. I wanted to create a culture where everyone felt like a VIP. As the neighborhood salon of Lower Gwynedd, Ambler and North Wales we pride ourselves in making you feel part of what we do. Our logo contains a star to remind our team that every guest who walks in to our salon is a star.
Our Craft
All members of our team are trained to All-Nutrient Organic Hair Care, Davines, Redken and Biolage. We hold in-salon classes to expand our knowledge. We hold monthly staff meetings to keep our vision of change and guest experience above par. We hold one-on-one development and coaching for each team member. This ensures that you the guest receives the highest standards.

We're committed to development and change, hence our tagline "Reinvent Yourself". Let's face it, our industry is always evolving. Each time you visit there will be small changes to the salon.
