Hey curly girls, I know your struggles. Growing up people always ask me what’s it like to be mixed. I say you get a taste of both cultures. Growing up I’ve struggled with my hair, having curly hair isn’t easy. After a point in time I put a stop to knotted hair, bad curly cuts and straightening everyday to finally sit down and learn my curly hair. It certainly wasn’t easy, I had to learn what products work and don’t work for me.

Right now I’m focusing on learning other types of curly hair, whether it’s 4c curl or 2A curl. A curl is a curl and they must stick together as someone told me. That’s why I want to help and learn someone else’s curly hair. Having curly hair is a gift not a curse, you should embrace your curly hair everyday!

Outside the salon I’m either at the gym or doing my theatrical makeup looks when I have time off. I’m a very creative person and I love when others show their creativity to the world. Stop by the salon and I’ll show you my creative mind!
